Because the Mac Pro is somewhat unique for setting up Windows, I think a sub forum here would be fine and much better. And no reason to send people away. I even recommend this (our) forum to Mac Pro users over in BootCamp area.
I don't use BootCamp to install Windows. And BootCamp doesn't run Windows. It formats a partition, and makes it look easier. AFTER Windows is up and running you'll want to install the Apple services packages and drivers, which run under Windows and help with audio, networking (or should) as well as AppleTimeServices and AppleControl to allow switching more easily (though broken for many users).
Because BC is designed for putting Windows on the boot drive, though it can and is suppose to support setting up a 2nd drive, often it thinks the other internal drive in Mac Pro is 'external.'
1) What version of Windows are you running?
Vista x64 SP1 (RC) 4GB+ and dual cpu support (Business or Ultimate)
2) If so, how stable is it?
AS or more than 10.5.1
3) Are there any Windows apps, that you know of, that don't run properly?
32-bit in my case. I don't run Adobe or any heavy apps. iTunes is not x64 too.
4) How responsive is Windows when booted suing Boot Camp?
not as good as OS X but smooth
5) Would you consider the Mac Pro to be stable and fast enough to run Wndows XP or Vista as the PRIMARY OS on the Mac Pro?
Yes on stable for Vista. Never used XP but I hear it runs better.
